柏札莱集团简介
柏札莱家族自***4年就开始从事乳制品行业,距今为止已经有**0多年的历史,家族近8代人在行业内持续活跃至今。其家族创立的柏札莱集团是乳制品行业内古老的意大利公司之一,现今集团由柏札莱家族第七代继承人管理,即乔尼·柏札莱先生,瑞贝托•柏札莱先生和彼克斯蒂诺•柏札莱先生,为传承家族一贯的企业家精神,柏札莱家族的第8代继承人们也已经相继投身到乳制品事业之中。随着公司规模的扩大,***2年柏扎莱家族完成了与Zaupa家族(即另一家乳品企业)的合并,主要生产“拉伸型奶酪”,菠萝芙罗奶酪和产区认证DOP阿西阿高奶酪,旗下主要品牌zagi,工厂位于蒙泰迪马洛地区。截止到***8年,已经拥有多个世界知名系列,如黄油、摩拉维亚干酪以及四种DOP产区认证奶酪和六个不同品牌:
Brazzale、Alpilatte、Gran Moravia、Verena、Zogi和Burro delle Alpi。全球有**0多名雇员为柏札莱集团服务,在意大利、捷克、巴西和中国开设了6个工厂,业务遍及*4个国家和地区。
青岛工厂发展历程
***5年,一对来自意大利的夫妇与中方合资建立了北京吉雅食品有限公司,生产制造多种意式奶酪,主要供应北京市场。
***5年,业务遍及多个沿海城市,产能收到严峻考验,公司随之搬迁到北京昌平区崔村镇,改名为:北京吉康食品有限公司,经过多年发展,打造了一个全国知名的品牌“美滋来乐”。
***3年,北京吉康被来自意大利的柏扎莱集团全资收购,收购后意大利总部根据严格的国际标准及在欧洲的工厂经验,结合本土情况,对公司场地进行全面改造,引进先进的自动化生产设备及先进的意大利制造工艺,追加投资以及引进进口新设备达***0多万元人民币。
***7年底,业务爆发式增长,工厂整体搬迁至青岛莱西市店埠镇工业园,更名为:柏札莱(青岛)食品有限公司,旨在打造集生产、储运、销售、运输为一体的现代化天然乳制品工厂,为中国市场提供纯正的意大利式新鲜奶酪。我们承意大利集团总部的创新精神,积极与中国农业大学合作,建立了“食品科学与营养工程学院研究生实验基地”和“奶牛产业技术体系北京市创新团队乳品加工科研基地”。致力于奶酪技术研发及绿色环保,节能减排理念的实施。同时,公司已通过ISO***1,乳制品GMP及HACCP体系认证,建立了完整的质量控制体系,从食品链各环节严格把控,保证了出厂的质量及品质。
In ***5, Beijing Jiya Food Co.,Ltd, the joint venture factory, was
established by a couple from Italy and the Chinese.
In ***5, the business was spread across several coastal cities, and
the production capacity was severely tested. Thus, the company
moved to Cuicun Town, Changping District of Beijing, and the
factory name was changed to Beijing Jikang Food Co., Ltd. After
years of development, it has built a nationally renowned brand
“Mozzarella”.
In ***3, Beijing Jikang was wholly-owned by the Brazzale Group from
Italy. After the acquisition, Italy Brazzale headquarters
comprehensively remodeled the company's venues based on strict
international standards and factory management experience in
Europe, and introduced advanced automated production equipment,
advanced Italian manufacturing technology, additional investment
and the introduction of imported new equipment amounted to more
than *3 million yuan.
At the end of ***7, the business got a explosively growth and the
factory moved to the Xingdian Road Industrial Park, Laixi City,
Qingdao. It was renamed as: Brazzale (Qingdao) Food Co., Ltd.,
aiming to create a supply chain system of production, storage,
transportation, sales and transportation, which is modern natural
dairy factory that supplies authentic Italian fresh cheese to the
Chinese market. Based on the innovative spirit of the Italian
Brazzale Group Headquarters, we actively cooperated with China
Agricultural University to establish the “Graduate Experimental
Base of the College of Food Science and Nutrition Engineering” and
the “Dairy Industry Technology System Beijing Innovation Team Dairy
Processing Research Base”, which committed to the implementation of
cheese technology research and environmental protection, energy
saving and emission reduction concepts carrying out. At the same
time, the company has passed ISO***1, GMP( dariy) and HACCP system,
also has established a complete quality control system, strictly
control from all aspects of the food chain to ensure the quality
and quality of the factory.
