The Company was incorporated in the year ***6,
since then it has been engaged in the export of Ready-made
Garments, Home Furnishings and Textile Bags. In the year ***6,
there was a major restructuring of the business, as a result of
division amongst the family members, the business of Home
Furnishing and Textile Bags had gone to the other part of the
family, while Export of Ready Made Garments was retained by both
the parts. From ***6 till ***2 the company has been engaged in the
Manufacture and Export of Ready-made Garments & Import of
Petrochemicals, having added the import business during *****8. In
the year ***2, the activity of manufacture of Ready Made Garments
has been stopped. Instead a new venture in the area of Hospitality
has been added, which is being headed by Mr. Vishesh Manaktala.
Presently the company is exclusively engaged in
the business import and export with Iran.
