E-Berk Tunnelling & Foundation Technologies was founded as Metallurgy Company in ***3 and has been acting as a global supplier for TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) cutter-stripper spare parts since ***6.

E-Berk, has a highly integrated manufacturing capability for surface hardening with its metal cutting production line with strong machinery, heating treatment facility, and induction applications. Manufacturing activities continue in three factories with a total area of *6,**0 m² including *2,**0 m² closed production area. Approximately **0 professional staff including *0 engineers are employed in these factories. In order to be able to complete TBM revisions which increase day by day as well as new productions, a new factory construction of *5.**0 m² closed production area begun in Anadolu Organized Industrial Zone.

E-Berk, continues its activities in different fields in this sector by its experiences and customer-satisfaction focused analyses. We configure and manufacture Cutterhead in demanded diameter and sizes for all types of Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM) (Hardrock TBM, Slurry TBM , Gripper TBM, EPB shield TBM, Double shield TBM, Single shield TBM, Mix shield TBM) suitable for various geological conditions.

New designs and product development are made in order to raise the rate of yield in cutter spare parts by selecting materials suitable for ground conditions with its engineer staff who are expert on material characterization techniques and thermal treatment. E-Berk plays a leading and incentive role in tunneling sector. We always focus on innovations and support academic level projects and scientific conventions. In order to improve our vision and share our experiences, we continuously attend both domestic and foreign sectoral fairs, conventions and relevant technical trainings.
