ICC is a Brazilian company, founded in January ***2, a world leader on Inactive Dried Yeast (Brewer's Yeast) distribution to the animal feed industry. The Brazilian sugar mills represent the world's largest fermentation complex, producing about *4 million m3 of ethanol. The alcohol fermentation from sugar cane molasses generates a substantial quantity of high quality residual yeast, that after a spray drying process become a valuable ingredient for animal nutrition. ICC started to distribute brewer's yeast from molasses fermentation in ***3, and our objective was to add value to both the yeast producer and to the animal feed industry. ICC is working in a partnership with yeast producer, helping them to produce brewer's yeast with higher quality, and keeping them fully aware of the needs and changes of the animal feed industry. On the other side, the animal feed producers find at ICC technical information about the brewer's yeast from molasses fermentation and information on its application on the several feed formulations. ICC is the guarantee of regular supply along the year and the delivery of products with consistent quality.
