Jay-Villa Group is an international holding company comprising of Jaykara (H.K.) Ltd. and Villa-Mode International Ltd. These companies are specializing in the manufacturing and exporting of commodities, chemicals, industrial raw materials and other household items. The company was first established in ***6 in Hong Kong by Mr. Deepak Chhugani. For the past *4 years, the Group has diversified its production and exportation into a wide range of products including rice, sugar, yeast, palm oil, condensed milk, evaporated milk, tomato paste, pasta and others. In addition, the Group specializes in the production of various chemicals and industrial raw materials used in textile, cosmetic, wax, candle, rubber, soap and detergent industries, offering a greater variety of products to its current and prospective clients. What began as the dream of one man has now evolved into a multinational company spanning several regions including South East Asia, the Middle East and the African subcontinent. With its head office situated in Hong Kong, the company has branch offices in Shanghai and Guangzhou. The company also has associate offices in Mumbai (India), Nairobi (Kenya), Douala (Cameroon), Cotonou (Benin), Niger (Niamey) and Abidjan (Ivory Coast).
