We worked out and patented the dry technology of low temperature of fruits and vegetables and greens as well. This technology gives the opportunity to dry fruits and vegetables in ****0 C. This way saves all useful vitamins, biologic active elements and minerals up to****8%. We produce the set of equipments for low dry technology for comprises of small and middle businesses. Climatic conditions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, national economy historically developed structure create ample opportunities for creation of manufactures on processing agricultural products in particular fruit-and-vegetable raw material, herbals etc. For many ages Uzbekistan has been glorified with unsurpassed taste and aroma of fruits, such as apricots, grapes, apples, pears, quinces, peaches and pomegranates, etc. Besides they favorably differ with the flavoring qualities and ecological cleanliness of vegetables cultivated on the Uzbek ground The purpose of the offered project is the organization of manufactures on producing dry vegetables and fruit in powder kind; concentrates of fruit juices on new technology of low temperature dryings for processing agricultural production for needs of the small processing industry, and also for manufacture of medical semi finished items, drying food materials of vegetative and animal origin in a crisp, liquid or paste like condition.
