Find below our Procedural sheet from K-Logistics International Trade for facilitation of the supply of up to ***9KG of *9.*9% Ultra-fine Copper Powder "EXW" pickup from Germany. Read through the core Procedures below and get back to us at the earliest. A physical inspection of the product is allowed, upon receipt of proof of funds by the buyer.



K LOGISTICS INTERNATIONAL GENERAL TRADE PROCEDURES (Must be followed)
 

1. Core Draft SPA must be reviewed, amended, and accepted by parties
    
2. Parties must pass K Logistics International KYC Procedures " Which includes providing your company Incorporation Certificates and prove your company's ability to conduct the transaction".
    
3. K Logistics Commissions approved
    
4. Must be willing to sign NCNDA/IMFPA documents.
    
5. Ability for parties to conduct inspection of products/commodity must be relayed to facilitator " If Physical inspection is not allowed by seller, no payment whatsoever will be received until valid inspection is conducted and approval reports received with parties presence at the port of loading". 
    
6. Proof of Funds must be provided by buyer before inspection "If Requested"
    
7. If a physical inspection of the product is required parties must sign a Pre-Contract inspection agreement with K logistics International Trade (the facilitator).
