Dear Buyer

Find Below Procedural Guide from K-Logistics International Trade for facilitation of the sale of  *0,**0mt/Month per monthof OCC*1 (Old Corrugated carton/container/scrap)to any main sea port. Payment will be upon arrival at destination port.


 SUPPLIER TRADE PROCEDURES FOR OFFER


 

1. 1. Seller sends draft contract to Buyer to amend, sign and resend to Seller in PDF file.
   
   2. Buyer verifies, corrects and returns the draft contract to Seller.
   
   3.  Seller checks the draft contract, and if Seller agrees to Buyer's changes, signs the Contract and returns it to Buyer.
   
   4. The Contract must be returned to Seller, signed and approved, by e-mail, within three (*3) banking days.
   
   5. Seller Send Proforma Invoice and buyer proceeds to open **0% LC as per agreed terms here within.
   
   6. Seller informs the shipping schedule to buyer inspection schedule after Receive **0% LC Swift Copy.
   
   7. After the first vessel arrives at the destination, subsequent deliveries will be made every Thirty to thirty-Five (*0/*5) days, until all the monthly deliveries are made, fulfilling the Contract.
   
   8. Buyer is welcome  at  the Loading port to see the  stuffing and the loading  which will be in the presence of the  both Buyer and the Seller .
   
   9. Buyer pays within 5 working days of arrival of the vessels at the destination port.
    

K LOGISTICS INTERNATIONAL TRADE PROCEDURES (Must be followed)
 
2. 1.Parties must pass K Logistics International KYC Procedures " Which includes providing your company Incorporation Certificates and prove your company's ability to   conduct the transaction".


    2. Core Draft SPA must be reviewed, amended, and accepted by parties.


    3.K Logistics Service Fee agreed and approved in order to proceed.


    4.Must have the ability to have a Call Conference with End Seller & End Buyer in attendance.


    5.Must be willing to sign and lodge NCNDA/IMFPA documents in respective banks upon closing of the transaction. 


 6.Proof of Funds might be provided by buyer before inspection "If Requested"
