Find Below Procedural Guide from K-Logistics International Trade for facilitation of the Sale of Up to 3,**0,**0mts in a period of *4 months or at least **0,**0mts per batch or ship x *4 Months + R&E of R**-R*5, ISRI CODE ******2 Used Rails . Payment will be upon arrival and inspection at destination port.


 SUPPLIER TRADE PROCEDURES FOR OFFER


 

1. 1. Seller sends draft contract to Buyer to amend, sign and resend to Seller in PDF file.
   
   2. Buyer send ICPO  and CIS.
   
   3.  Seller will issue Proforma invoice to be signed by the Buyer.
   
   4. Buyer issues RWA  bank to bank by swift  within 3 working days to Sellers Financier Bank and sends the swift copy to the Seller for confirmation.
   
   5. Sellers Financier also send  RWA to the Buyer Bank that , they are ready to receive the payment guarantee from the  Bank.
   
   6. Buyer issues **0% Fully Funded,Irrevocable,Confirmed,Non-Operative,Transferable, SBLC/BG  MT**0 within five (5) days after the contract is signed by both parties.
   
   7. Sellers Financier issue 2% Performance Bond (PB) to Buyer within Three (3) days  to active the  **0% Fully Funded ,Irrevocable, Confirmed,Operative,Transferable, SBLC/BG MT**0.
   
   8. Buyer is welcome  at  the Loading port to see the  stuffing and the loading  which will be in the presence of the  both Buyer and the Seller .
   
   9. Payment method shall be via MT**3 or T/T to Seller within *0 working days after receipt of **0% quality specification satisfactory Q & Q inspection report certificate at destination port by both Buyer and Seller.
   
    

K LOGISTICS INTERNATIONAL TRADE PROCEDURES (Must be followed)
 
2. 1.Parties must pass K Logistics International KYC Procedures " Which includes providing your company Incorporation Certificates and prove your company's ability to   conduct the transaction".


    2. Core Draft SPA must be reviewed, amended, and accepted by parties.


    3.K Logistics Service Fee agreed and approved in order to proceed.


    4.Must have the ability to have a Call Conference with End Seller & End Buyer in attendance.


    5.Must be willing to sign and lodge NCNDA/IMFPA documents in respective banks upon closing of the transaction. 


          6.Proof of Funds might be provided by buyer before inspection "If Requested"
