• Prepared from freshwater fish skin by a multiple stage purification procedure, without ferment treatment. The resulting protein preserves intact N- and C-telopeptide parts of the molecule and has molecular mass higher than **0 kDa. On SDS-PAGE gel it forms α, β, and γ bands typical for type I collagen which include more than *8% of total protein in the product.
• Supplied as solution in 0.*5 M acetic acid at a concentration of approximately 1.5 mg/ml. The exact concentration for each specific lot is provided in the Certificate of Analysis supplied with the purchase of each product.
• Possesses a higher viscosity compared to atelocollagen, which proves to be beneficial for a number of laboratory applications.
• The sterility of the final product is ensured by ultrafiltration.
