RO Membrane Cleaner

 

Description:

 

1>. XYMC**1 is a high pH liquid formula designed to remove organics, silt, and other particulate deposits 

       from membranes surface.

 

2>. The product is effectively used in nanofiltration (NF), and microfiltration (MF) ,ultrafiltration (UF) membranes. 

 

3>. This high effect can extend the membrane using life. 

 

Technical Specification :

 

 

 

Characteristic:

1>. Optimum results can be obtained when combined with XYMC*1, XYMC**3 and Biocide XYMB**1. 

 

2>. Extremely effective against oils and many other organic compounds. 

3>. Excellent results when used to clean biological matter and eliminate biological slime from the membrane

       surface. 

4>. Diluted solution PH value should be kept at *0.5±0.5

5>. Liquid cleaner, easy to mix.

 

6>. Recycling use in one cleaning loop

 

Typical Applications :

 

1>. Using acid cleaning agent XYMC**3 and alkaline cleaning agent Kleen XYMC**1 for regular cleanings 

       can extend the membrane life.

 

 2>. A soak period may be necessary for optimum results. 

 

Dilution: 

 

The regular dilution ratio is **3% of cleaning system volume (usually 2%), 

 

The cleaning system consists of cleaning tank, connecting pipes, filters, pressure vessels and membranes.

 

DO NOT USE Kleen XYMC**1 on cellulose acetate membrane.

 

 For optimum cleaning effect, Kleen XYMC**1 should be used in combination with biocide XYMB**1.
