Products explanation and usage: 

OC***0 is a liquid mixture of organic deoxidant and neuter amine. OC***0 oxygen scavenger is organic, won’t

produce inorganic solid substances in boiler water.

In addition, OC***0 is safer than hydrazine .

OC***0 is mainly used  to control the dissolved oxygen corrosion in the boiler equipment system, condensation system and boiler water supply system.

Meanwhile, OC***0 deoxidant can be also applied to the boiler water treatment system under the control of the FDA.

But it is not suitable to drinking water treatment system.

Typical application

Even if deaerating heater have good effect, there are still enough dissolved oxygen in the feedwater which can corrode boilder system.

Even if dissolved oxygen concentration is low, it can be also harmful to high pressure (high temperature) system .

Dissolved oxygen in the water can cause equipment pitting corrosion, local characteristics changed, lead to serious problems.

Economizer and water heater is particularly easy to be corroded by dissolved oxygen.

OC***0 is effective not only to low-pressure boiler systems, but also especially to those high pressure boiler system

It can solve the most concerned boiler water scaling problems in high pressure boiler system.

OC***0 won't produce soluble inorganic solid in boiler water.

So it can reduce sewage of boiler, and save energy.

OC***0 has better treatment effect than hydrazine.

It can not only eliminate oxygen, but also help the metal surface passivated

If the boiler water containing inorganic oxygen scavenger was used to adjust temperature, harmful deposition will be formed on the pipeline of superheater and steam turbines.

We don't recommend using boiler feedwater to adjust temperature.

The best way is to use separately isolated source ,such as sugar water condenser or condensation agent.

We can make a temperature adjusting guideline special for you.

OC***0 oxygen scavenger can be also applied to oil refinery, because it won't affect the catalyst easy to be infected by sulfur.

Dosage and Usage

Dosing point— Dosed in the deaerator is the best, added in the water supply pipeline is also ok.

Dosage ***- controlled according to content of the oxygen dissolution in the boiler feedwater. Continious dosing.

Dilution***- compatible with high quality condensing agent, softened water, or oxygenfree water, make it has appropriate concentrations.

This product can be diluted by any proportion.

Only the first mixing need to be slight.

Try to avoiding exposure in the air when dissolved.

It should be contained in a tank with cover to maintain its efficacy.

Equipment- The material of dosing pipe should be **6 stainless steel, glass fiber, Polypropylene, PVC or epoxy material.

The material of storage tank should be Polyolefin.

The material of dosing pipe mouth and the part of dosing pump touching the agent should be **6 stainless steel.
