Introduction:

DR****0D is the new generation of special modified silicone oil, is designed for top grade cotton and polyester blended fabric after finishing with super smoothness, brightness excellent silicone oil, fabric garment treated up particularly soft, smooth and elastic resistance and gloss, with special finishing agent super smooth feel and excellent gloss.This product is eco-friendly products do not contain APEO, accord to the latest international standard and export environmental requirements.

Specification :

Emulsifying Method:with oil phase emulsion ***0Kg of solids *0% silicone oil emulsion as an example:

1、First add **0kg of Emulsifiers to reactor stirring.

2、And then add **0kg of silicone oil, stirring for *0min.

3、Add 3.5Kg of Acetic Acid, stirring for *5min.

4、Slowing add *5kg of water, stirring for *0min.

5、Quickly add the remaining **5kg of water and continue stirring until completely dissolved uniformly dispersed and the emulsion is with a blue transparent.

6、Can be supplement add acetic acid to adjust the PH Value in 6.**7.

7、The final discharging with ******0 mesh filter emulsion, finished packing seal for use or can be used.

Direction for usage:

A、Dip padding method:  Silicone emulsion , ****0g/L, room temperature. Double-dip-double-nip or one-dip-one-nip

B、Immersion method:  Silicone emulsion, :**3%(O.W.F),bath ratio*1:****5,optimum temperature ****0℃,****0min.

Properties:

DR****0emulsion is light cream fluid with tiny grain (＜0.*2um) , so the penetrating effect is very powerful. It gives a soft and smooth hand feel in the textiles finishing.

DR****0D emulsion active ingredient with a variety of reactive groups, and can be combined with the finishing textile fiber, not only significantly increased softness. And the finishing effect can have super smooth and excellent gloss.

Storage & Package:

Can be stored for 6 months under cool and shady condition;
