Description:

Textile or garment dyeing is an excellent performance of coating dyeing modified cross linking agent, is a new generation of environmentally-friendly modified high polymer, excluding APEO and formaldehyde, biodegradable. By the modified fabric or garmentcan obtain excellent dyeing properties.

           Solubility: Can be easily dissolved in cold water

           Intermiscibility: Can be compatibility with the nonionic and cationic

Dilution Method

Generally with **5 times water and stir to dissolvedilution.

Direction for Usage

(1) Fabric or garment modification treatment:

**5% modifier diluent (O.W.F)visual fabric color depth appropriate dosage increase or decrease, and then gradually heated to ****0°C, processing time****0min, after drainage using cold water to wash two times.

(2) Fabric or garment dyeing and fixation treatment:

First put cold water into dyeing machine, then add the amount of leveling agent for *0 min, then add coating colorants X% for *0 min, and then gradually heated to ****0 °C, processing *0 to *0 minutes.Then drainage using cold water to wash two times.

If high fastness requirements, adding adhesive Fixing agent or Formaldehyde-free fixing agent for color fixing processing, fixing agent dosage is generally **5% (O.W.F) *0 °C with *0 minutes, washed.

Properties:

(1) Mainly used for cotton, linen, staple rayon, cellulose fiber fabric coating or dye’s dyeing, after its treated can increase the dye or coating affinity, can significantly improve the color yield and the fabric color depth.

(2) After it treated of fabric has bright color andsatisfactory handle feeling etc.

(3) The product can improve the soaping, washing and friction, the fastness properties.

Storage & Packing

Can be stored *2 months under cool and well ventilated condition,
