Construction

CNC plasma cutting machine Ultra cut FP***0 is a very strong and rigid machine. The entire frame is steel welded together. The steel fabricated gantry is dual x-axis driven. Large rack and pinion drive is used for both x and y-axis. It provides great repeatability and accuracy.

There are options for the blow-down system. That is downdraft exhaust or waterbed.

We can offer double-table for plasma cutting machine Ultra cut FP***0 as well. It works on the same principle as a single table machine does. But double-table machine can offer unremitting work. When cutting is finished on one table, the machine can go on cutting on another table. At the same time user can take out the work pieces and prepare a new plate. CNC plasma cutting machine Ultra cut FP***0 double-table works more efficiently.

Electronics system

Two X-axis servo motors and one Y-axis servo motor. This electronics system works with precision linear guideways providing repeatability 0.2mm and transfer speed *3m/min.

Plasma cutter

With its standard plasma cutter of Hypertherm powermax series, the cutting thickness can be up to *2mm for mild steel. Shield cup on the torch provides longer consumable life and better capacity of piercing.

Friendly user interface

User works by keyboard, mouse and touch screen interface. CNC plasma cutting machine Ultra cut FP***0 lets you use any CAD or nesting software you may already be familiar with to create your drawings and cut files.
