Product Description

HVAC Coil line FW3 has earned the reputation as the most practical and reliable coil line in the industry of China. It consists of 2 integrated coil holders, levler, beader, hydraulic notchers, hydraulic folder and shear. We test each component of all coil lines prior to final assembly to ensure maximum reliability.

Coil line FW3 is using closed-loop feedback system to produce superior electronics control and provide length accuracy of +/*0.5mm, diagonal accuracy of +/*0.8mm and high stability. Setup time on this user friendly compact system is down to a one day installation and one day training. It can produce L, U or fully wrapped sections of duct and cut to length flat sheet with specialized software used in the system which offers data base for over *0 sizes of section.

As to stop material feeding too much, a limited switch is used in the coil holders which offer better material handling and high feeding accuracy. Beading rolls are manually adjusted through the handcrank located on side of the machine. All leveling rolls and beading rolls are gear driven with no need for change that losing of time. The notchers are sizes to provide extreme small open area to substantially reduce the air sealing requirement with better scrap savings.

Functions

1.           Cut to length flat sheet. Used with CNC plasma cutting machine.

2.           Square notch and “v” notch for C drive cleat or S cleat. Used with drive cleat forming machine or S cleat forming machine. Producing L, U or fully wrapped sections of duct.

3.           Square notch and “v” notch for TDF flange. Used with TDF flange forming machine. Producing L, U or fully wrapped sections of duct.

4.           Square notch for TDC flange. Used with TDC flange forming machine. Producing L, U or fully wrapped sections of duct.

5.           Male Pittsburgh fold. Used with Pittsburgh lock forming machine (or snap lock machine).
