Product Description

Copper Cathodes available immediately for *2 months contract.  Trial order is **0mt, and ***0mt MOQ monthly, up to ****0mt a month.

Transaction

a) The Buyer issues an ICPO with the Seller's Procedure and NCNDA/IMFPA.

b) The Seller verifies the Buyer and issues FCO to the Buyer.  And the Buyer verifies the Seller and signs and returns FCO. (Optional)

c) The Seller approves and issues draft contract to the Buyer which is opened for amendments.  The Buyer signs and returns draft contract.

d) Both parties lodge contracts with their respective banks.

e) Buyer issues BCL from buyer's bank

f) Seller issues Guarantee Letter to ensure the opening of 2% PB upon receiving Buyer's DLC

g) Within 5 banking days , Buyer issues Operative Irrevocable non-Transferable L/C payable **0% at sight at discharging port against shipping documents and SGS reports, L/C text is attache as Annex 1 in SCO.

h) Seller's bank swift full set of Proof of Product (POP) to the Buyer's bank.  

i) Seller invites Buyer for port visit as material is loaded and witness SGS inspection. (Optional)

j)  Delivery commences as per contract and the shipment should arrive at Buyer's discharge port within *5 days after L/C receiving by Seller's bank for the first shipment. 

k) Payment done by T/T within 5 days after SGS at discharging port.
