Commodity: : Copper Slag (Escoria de Cobre)

Total Capacity : 5 million MT

Content : Copper 0.8%, Iron *1%, Gold and Silver (check SGS Report)

Contract: : Spot or Contract

Origin: : Chile - CODELCO

Price: : USD$*6 per MT with $2/mt commission, $1/mt to the seller side (closed), $1/mt to the buyer side (open), overpricing is allowed *0/*0 split between seller side and buyer side.

Delivery terms: : FOB Chile

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Seller´s mandate issues this formal SCO.

Buyer replies with full ICPO, including banking details and full buyer´s information and
delivers all information requested in order to evaluate buyer.

Buyer enter a process of Evaluation.

Signature of contract depends on the strenght and quality of the buyer.

Buyer must address financial information as Proof of Funds prior to the signature of the
contract.

XXXXXXXX reserve its right to assign the contract to the most suitable buyers.
All the Communication regarding the following offer must be written via Buyer´s Mandate
or End Buyer Only.

Important note: Buyer must be capable of closing the contract directly with our client.
Which means the buyer must be fully RWA to perform.
