OUR PROCEDURE 
1. Buyer issues LOI to Seller.
2. Seller issues to Buyer the FCO. 
3. Buyer signs the FCO and sends it back to Seller.
4. Draft contract issued to buyer to sign and return to seller.
5. Buyer/Rep comes to Dar es Salaam for visual inspection of goods and signs final contract.
6. Buyer will issue Non Operative L/C from first class bank within *0 working days of signing final contract.

7. Seller sends 2% PB from first class bank to activate the LC.

8. The Seller appointed shipping firm arranges cargo shipment within *0 days after Buyer issuance of the payment  instrument.
9. The Seller’s representative shall travel and attend final inspection at Buyer’s unloading port.
*0.  Buyer appointed International Surveyor Company (SGS or CIQ) should re-inspect the cargo at the Destination Port.
