Product Description

For type selecting of micro vacuum pump, please refer to the section Theory and Test Data for more basic knowledge.

  ●Characteristics:

     1.Dual functions of air pump and exhaust. The air pump nozzle can be used to pump air
(producing vacuum) and the air exhaust nozzle can be used to output air (outputting compressed air).

     2.It is equipped with brushless DC motor, durable and low interference. It can run
continuously around the clock without interfering with the surrounding electronic components or
polluting power source.

     3.It facilitates the adjustment of output flow of the pump. The flow rate can be changed by
freely adjusting the revolving speed of the motor through electrical control, which makes it easier to achieve automatic control, noise reduction, shock absorption, and energy saving. Compared to the way to change flow rate via mechanic valve, it is more suitable for automatic control, more precise and cheaper. The series is to use the PWM (Pulse Width Modulation)circuit to change the revolving
speed of motor and thus alter the flow rate.

     4.There are feedback signals about the revolving speed of motor, which indicate the
operational condition and output flow alteration of the pump and thus facilitate the intelligent
control.

     5.It has functions of thermal protection and overload protection. The pump will automatically shut down to avoid any damage when the temperature is too high to bear or being blocked

     6.It is free of maintenance and is non-lubricated. The pump is oil-less and will not pollute
the gas transmitted. Extract of damp gas is allowed.

     7.It can be installed in any direction, for example, being installed horizontally, vertically, or in a slope, and work properly.

     8.It runs with light vibration and low noise.

     2. Explanations to Technical Specifications:

         Max output pressure: when the air inlet is fully exposed to the atmosphere, the air outlet directly connects with pressure gauge, and the pressure of pump increases continuously and finally
stabilizes at a value which is called “max. output pressure".

     3. Material Specifications:

         After entering the pump, the gas will come into contact with three kinds of materials:

    ●Attentions:

      1.Both the inlet and outlet of this series allow heavy loads, so the block of either of them, or both of them will not cause any damage to the pump.

      2.Weight: ≈ **0 g.

      3.Customized pumps are available and on demand with different sizes of flow rate or
parameters of degree of vacuum.

      4.The values of flow rate and parameters of degree of vacuum are measured under the condition of *0 ℃ temperature and standard atmospheric pressure.

  ●User Instructions

      1.Service Conditions

         The pump shall not be exposed to direct sun light. It shall work in an environment clean
and well ventilated.

         Ambient temperature: 0℃ ~ *0 ℃ (No condensation)

         Relative humidity: ≤ *0%

      2.Working Medium

        ①The air being pumped must be corrosion-free and oil-free. Damp air is allowed.

        ②The series product can be divided into two types, normal-temperature medium type and high-temperature medium type according to the temperature of air pumped. It shall be normal-temperature
medium type unless otherwise noted. Orders for high-temperature medium type shall be specifically
marked.

Attentions

      1 .No foreign substance is allowed in the nozzle, or the micro pump may be damaged.

      2 .The product is not intrinsically safe. It is not recommended to be used in inflammable and explosive environment!

      3 .When the air pumped is hazardous, users must re-seal the pump for the sake of safety!
