  ●Characteristics:

Note:   1.Test status of flow parameters: no pipe is arranged at the pump exhaust port; the sucking port is connected with silastic hose, with internal diameter of 4mm, length of 1,**0mm (measured on the basis of average flow) and **0mm (measured on the basis of peak flow).   2.The adjustable range of abovementioned flow is the value measured with the built-in speed controller   3.If *4V is selected, Input voltage is required at ±0.5V

  ●Attentions:
     1. The air inlet of micro vacuum pump allows heavy load, and it can work properly even being completely blocked.
     2. The air outlet of the pump must be unobstructed without any component that may hinder gas emission in the exhaust pipe!

     4. The no-load flow under the standard atmospheric pressure at *0℃ is referred to as the flow, unless otherwise defined.
  ●User Instructions
     1. Operation with Built-in Speed Controller
        ①The pump shall not be exposed to direct sun light. It shall work in an environment clean and well ventilated.
        ②Ambient temperature: 0℃ ～ *0 ℃ (No condensation)
        ③Relative humidity: ≤ *0%
     2. Working Medium
        ①The air being pumped must be corrosion-free and oil-free. Damp air is allowed.
        ②The series product can be divided into two types, normal-temperature medium type and high-temperature medium type according to the temperature of air pumped. It shall be normal-temperature medium type unless otherwise noted. Orders for high-temperature medium type shall be specifically marked.
 
    ●Operation Instruction
     1. Operation with Built-in Speed Controller
        ①Switch the "Option switch" to "Built-in control" position
        ②Connect the power line: connect the red line to the power anode and the black one to the cathode.
        ③Power on.
The pump starts to work. Meanwhile, the red power light is on, and the green light flashes. At this moment, the pump output flow can be regulated through rotating the knob in the "built-in speed control" hole with cross screwdriver. The higher flashing frequency of the green light indicates larger pump output flow, and vice versa. If the green speed-indicating light does not flash (off or constantly on), the pump is stopped.
      2. Operation with External Speed Control Potentiometer
        ①Switch the "Option switch" in "External control" position
        ②Connect the potentiometer with the "External control" connector as shown in the figure. It is required to use *7K potentiometer.

        ③Connect the power line: connect the red line to the power anode and the black one to the cathode.
        ④Power on.
The pump starts to work. Meanwhile, the red power light is on, and the green light flashes. At this moment, the pump output flow can be regulated through rotating the externally-connected potentiometer. The higher flashing frequency of the green light indicates larger pump output flow, and vice versa. If the green speed-indicating light does not flash (off or constantly on), the pump is stopped.
      3. Operation Precautions
        ①The built-in speed control knob is very precise; therefore, the rotation shall be gently operated with extra care, and the rotation range is less than one circle.
        ②No hot plugging! Please power on after completing the wiring, and completely power off before pulling out any cable.
        ③During operation, it is forbidden to adjust the "Option switch" for built-in and external speed control.
