EC21C Caco3 filler masterbatch

Product Description

Summary EC*1C with LLDPE carrier resin, use excellent white color sub-micron CaCO3, manufactured by special processing techniques. Adding this masterbatch in LDPE、 LLDPE、HDPE blown film/blown bottle application, can improve extrusion efficiency and increase film and bottle 'sphysical properties. Physical properties:
Appearance: Gray clinder particle
Density: 1.8g/cm3(+/*0.2 g/cm3, according to GB******6)
Volatilize content (*0 centigrade, 3 hours):<0.*5%
Inorgnatic mineral concentration: *0%(+/*2%)
Powder size: D*8=8 micron
Particle count: ******0 pieces/*0g
(All the values above are just for reference, the actual values need to be verified and checked by trial processing)

Usage: EC*1C  can be used to make PE heavy bags、PE liquid packaging film、sanitary products bags、agricultural film、PE handbags、inside bags、 high quality vest PE bags、PE garbage bag. The film which add E*1C can compound with BOPP、BOPA and BOPET, have no influence on compound strength and heat-sealing strength.    

Recommended addition rate: The addition rate of EC*1C is at 5%～*5%.In multi- layer extrusion ,we suggest to add *5%～*0% in core layer; 
under gloss demand, we suggest to add within 5% in surface layer and inside layer. 
Optimal addition rate has to be confirmed by trials.

Packageand storage: 1.PE heavy-duty bag or Paper- plastic compound bag, *5kg/bag. 2. Transportations according to nondangerous goods.Note to avoid moisture、insolation and breakage. 3.The product is sensitive to moisture. No problem to store in original packing bags. 
Make sure to use the product immediately after opening the packing bags. If has moisture
problem, dry it by hot air recycle machine under *0 centigrade for *0 minutes.
