Rutil Tio2 EW***8J White Masterbatch for blow film/ layer film [High Grade]

For Blow Film/Injection:

EW***8J white masterbatchuse excellent rutile TiO2, compound with the base resin and a little disperser, produced by advanced extrude machine.  EW***8J whitemasterbatch don't contain any nocuous producing agent like as fluorescent whitener. EW***8Jmasterbatch has good dispersion property and good opacity in base resin. EW***8J white masterbatch  can be add easily in various polyolefin products which has opacity demand. EW***8J masterbatch, its advantage on the high concentration Tio2, good dispersion property, good opacity and smaller additive ratio.    EW***8J white  masterbatch  have competitive price.

Usage:

EW***8J white masterbatch  can be used to make single layer film or multi-layers film, such as milk packing film, heavy-duty bag, industry packing bag and so on. 

Recommend additive ratio:

The additive ratio range is from 2% ~ 6%.

Package, Transportations and Storage:

1) PE heavy-duty bag , *5kg / bag.

2) Transportations according to non-dangerous goods. Note to avoid moisture,insolation and breakage.

3) The product is sensitive to moisture. No problem to store in original packing bags. Make sure to use the product immediately after open the packing bags. If it has moisture problem, Dry it by hot air recycle machine under *0°C for *0 minutes.
