BTH***8 is a new high-tech product developed independently by technicians of our factory. They are formed through the physical and chemical reaction of light rare-earth lanthanide, alkali metal and other microelement. This product is applicable to PVC foaming profile, wood plastic product, co-extruded products, soft product, TPE, EVA, etc.

1. Non-toxic and environmental friendly. Seldom be influenced by other agents regarding to decomposition temperature, decomposition enthalpy and decomposition speed.
2. Mild decomposition temperature; short gas induction period; well coordinate with the processing temperature and technique.
3. Finished products with fine bubble, good appearance and better mechanical property.
4. Cost-effective; stable property; could substitute AC foaming agent in low foaming PVC products.

1. Suggested dosage: Its used according to actual situation. Different technic or production cost needs different dosage. But normally add 0.5~0.2.

1. Package: *0~*5kg/bag. Packed in multi-layer composites bag which protect from moisture, sunlight and contamination.
