It’s one of the main compositions in the formula of plastic processing. The W series lubricant which developed by our technicians, can improve themeltfluidity; reduce resistance between the polymer melt and the die or equipment; enhance product’s surface glossy. It can be applied to all PVC plastic products, especially the rigid and transparence ones.

Advantages & Features

Greatly improve the fluidity of melt, making the production easy of complex-shaped extrusion and injection products.
Promote the plasticization of PVC. Improve product’s impact strength and fillet weld strength.
Improve product’s appearance and surface gloss. Good transparence.
Protect from precipitation and sticking mould; improving extrusionrate;prolong production period.
Well compatible with PVC and other additives. Good & long lubricity in the middle, later period.
