When diffusion temperature reachs to *******0 ºC, the coating melts and adhere to substrate by forming metallurgical bond. Dense, less porosity and excellent bonded coatings are obtained by fused coatings. Metal based powders which contains nickel, chrome, iron, cobalt, boron, tungsten carbide are used. And coatings which have hardness over *5 HRC, resistance to thermal shocks and high working temperature over **0ºC are made. High diffusion temperature could cause to deformation on parts. For this reason, this kind of coating is more preferable for new products. Application thickness is max. **2.5 mm.
