Product Description

Cable Alliance Holding offers cables for excavators (for quarrying and underground mining) and underground cables (underground operation in coal mines, diamond mines, salt mines, shale mines and others).

They are suitable for hooking up mining machinery and mechanisms in the underground operation or quarry equipment to the electrical network with rated AC voltage up to 1.14(6) kV/ 50 Hz (main conductor) and up to 220 V (auxiliary conductors).  To fix up communication lines in the mines special purpose communication cables are used for the explosive environment. All cables are adjusted to match strict requirements of fire safety. Cables for metal mining industry with improved performance are grouped under a separate brand.

TM HoldMine cables demonstrate resistance to the aggressive environment (oil, diesel oil, salt mists), increased cyclic bending strength and resistance to tensile loads. The cable design provides for the power cutoff (de-energization) prior to failure of insulation of the main conductor and short circuit damage. And this prevents short circuits which is essential to rule out rock failure under the explosion.

The cables comply with the requirements of the Rostekhnadzor agency in the area of industrial safety. TM HoldMine cables for excavators and underground works are produced within the import substitution program. The cable designs are in no way inferior to the best foreign analogs.
