NYM - PVC insulated power cables

Product Description

Power cables with polyvinyl chloride plastic compound insulation and sheath, filled with non-vulcanized rubber up to 3 kV inclusive. Manufactured under TU 16.K73.0932-2009. There is a license for the right to mark the cable with "VDE" mark of conformity.
Cables are designed for power supply of industrial plants for stationary connection of household appliances in stationary applications for rated alternating voltage 300/500 V.
APPLICATION.
Cables are designed for laying in dry and wet industrial premises, on special cable racks, in blocks, in industrial and residential buildings and constructions. For power supply of electrical installations which require cable sealing at entry.
Cables are not recommended for laying in the ground (trenches).
Fire hazard class according to GOST 31565-2012: O1.8.2.5.4.

CONSTRUCTION.
Сonductor copper, round, class 1 and 2 according to GOST 22483.
Insulation of polyvinyl chloride plasticate.
Twist insulated cores of multicore cables are twisted.
Belt insulation - of unvulcanized rubber compound, NYM single-core cables made without belt insulation.
Sheath of polyvinylchloride plastic compound, gray color.
SPECIFICATIONS.
Type of climatic version UHL, placement categories 1 and 5 according to GOST 15150.
Operating temperature range - from -30 °С to 50 °С.
Relative humidity at temperatures up to 35 °С - up to 98 %.
Cables shall be laid and installed without preheating at -15 °C minimum.
Permissible bending radius of cables during laying - not less than 7.5 outer diameters.
Continuous permissible temperature of cable core heating during operation - not more than 70 °C.
Maximum allowable temperature in a short circuit - not more than 160 °С.
Short circuit time - not more than 4 seconds.
Construction cable length - not less than 50 m.
Service life - not less than 40 years.
Warranty service life - 5 years (from the date of putting the cables into operation, but not later than 6 months from the date of manufacture).
