Stationary Concrete Batching/Mixing Plant

Developed with advanced international technology and our own experience, the stationary concrete batching plant is composed of easily-combined separate modules. The twin-shaft mixer mixes evenly and efficiently. Driven by PLC, the operation is easy and automatic, which qualifies it for large-scale infra structure projects, e.g. the construction of roads, bridges, dam, airports and ports.

Concrete batching plant equipped with twin-shaft compulsory mixer which can mix evenly and efficiency. It driven by IPC and the operation is easy and highly automatic

1). Aggregate batcher: 4 aggregate hoppers and adopting accumulative weighing system. It equipped with double gates to do the weighing with accuracy.

2). Aggregate conveyor: adopting the groovy belt, which can be used when the installation space is limited) (belt width: **0mm). It equipped with the clean device.

3). Mixer: adopting (synchronization coupling) twin-shaft compulsory mixer, it can mix evenly and fast, the ability is strong; shaft-end seal (labyrinth seal); durable board; branded motor and speed reducer; long working life (Of course, it depends on maintenance).

4). Mixing Tower: it equipped with a transition hopper to enhance the efficiency.

5).The weighing system: the aggregate weighing system (separate / accumulative weighing system); the powder (cement and fly ash) weighing system (single or double); the water weighing system; the additive weighing system. All are quite precise.

6). the pneumatic system: the air compressor to work and the air storage tank to storage to make sure that the whole mixing plant would work smoothly.

7). Control system: Double controlling computer (the IPC and LCD), branded hardware, stable and easy to operate. We have *5 years experience.

8). Dust collector: to meet the environmental requirement and avoid wasting.
