 HZS*5(*0) Concrete Batching Plant
The HZS*5(*0) Concrete Batching Plant is provided with 1.5m3 twin-shaft compulsory mixers and equipped with four-hopper batcher with a single hopper capacity of *5m3, the four types of materials can be weighed separately or accumulatively. Aggregate is conveyed by a groovy belt conveyor (belt width:***0mm) with a striler plate mounted on each side and a chute receiver under the belt. Cement is  conveyed through a screw conveyor (pipe diameter: **3mm) into a cement weighing hopper, fly ash is conveyed through a screw conveyor (pipe diameter: **9mm) into a powder weighing hopper. Water and addtives are conveyed through a water pump into their respective hoppers for weighing. The mixing tower is equipped with coated corrugated sheet steel outsourcing closure, the internal has a bag-type dust collection system together with a wind-guiding device. The dust collection system can effectively absorb most of the dust and return to the mixer, enabling to reduce the dust pollution of the environment and improve the appearance of the mixing tower. The automatic cycling period of the equipment complex is approximately ****2seconds and is set according to the specfic needs of the concrete formula. The ground clearance of the concrete discharge hopper output is nearly 3.8m. This type of equipment is suitable for the construction of highway of railway.
