The HZS**0 Concrete Batching Plant is provided with 2m3 twin-shaft compulsory mixers and equipped with four-hopper batchers with a single hopper capacity of *5~*0m3, the 4 types of materials are weighed separately. Aggregate is conveyed by a groovy belt conveyor (belt width: ***0mm) with a striker plate mounted on each side and a chute receiver is fitted below the belt. Cement is conveyed through a screw conveyor (pipe diameter: **3mm) into a cement weighing hopper, fly ash is conveyed through a screw conveyor (pipe diameter: **9mm) into a powder weighing hopper for weighing, water and additives are conveyed through the water pump into their respective hoppers for weighing. The Mixing Tower is equipped with a coated corrugated sheet steel outsourcing closure, the internal has a bag-type dust collection system together with a wind-guiding device. The dust collection system can effectively absorb most of the dust then return it to the mixer, enabling to reduce dust pollution of the environment and improve the appearance of the Mixing Tower. The automatic cycling period of the equipment complex is approximately ****2 seconds and is set according to the specific needs of the concrete formula. This type of equipment is suitable for the construction in which large amount of concrete is needed or used to produce ready-mixed concrete.
