Jelly Processing Method.

of Jelly Powder, then add water and stir constantly and
slowly.
2. Keep stir and heat till boiling, then keep boiling for

3. When temperature of the solution is reduced to

solution, stir them evenly, then filling and sealing.
4. Pasteurization (****0, ****0 minutes)
5. Sterilize and then cool Jelly, pack and store.
