Description

MS**0 is a one component sealant basing on MS polymer. It will cure into an elastic rubber by reaction with moisture of atmosphere after exposed. Besides of humidity, its skin-time and curing speed also are relating to the air temperature of surrounding and the joint depth. By increasing the temperature or the moisture, the hardening time can reduce.
MS**0 is a general purpose sealant with excellent performance, lower modulus, better elastic and good recovery. It suit to bond lots kind of materials for weather-proofing sealing, including porous materials and non-porous materials. It also can be covered by all kinds of coatings after finishing cure. .

Characteristics

(1) Odorless and lower VOC, free of isocyanates, PVC and solvents, environment-friendly and safe.
(2) With excellent UV resistance, it can keep good elastic cohesion even in atrocious weather, more than *0 years serving-life.
(3) With hardly any shrinkage rate, it can keep the original shape after curing finish.
(4) Good cohesion on lots of materials with no prime including metals, plastics and paints.
(5) Certified to FDA, can be used in equipment of food transporting for sealing.
(6) Lower glass-transformation temperature, Can keep elasticity bonding in **0℃ ~ **0℃.

Where to use

MS**0 is suitable to join the seam in a lot of palace with optimum elastic bonding, such as aluminum, stainless steel, coat, PVC, wood, stone etc. it is usually used in manufacture for weather-proofing.
Using example:
(1) To join the seam of metal and plastic in carriage and container manufacture, Such as the seams of ceiling, side board and floor.
(2) For waterproofing sealing in metal constructions，air-conditioning, ventilation equipment, electrical equipment etc.
(3) Sealing the rivet and bolt for anticorrosive, also used for sealing the weld.
