MAC Introduction: 

Common macromolecule waterproofing membranes have excellent physical properties, but they are hard to stick to the substrates, so that fluid channeling is easy to occur. Even if the ordinary self-adhesive membranes can reach a tight bonding to the substrates, its physical properties like penetration resistance and so on are weak relatively.  

Bondsure MAC is short for Macromolecule Adhesive Composite. It consists of macromolecule sheet, self-adhesive rubber, non-woven fabrics and isolated film. MAC absorbs the advantages both macromolecule waterproofing membranes and self-adhesive waterproofing membranes, thus it not only owns high performance such as peneration resistance, weatherability, extreme temperature resistance and self-healing capability, but also achieves Skin Type waterproofing system by wet-application or pre-application technology.

The long sides of MAC reserve the self rubber as overlop, and the short sides can be sealed by brushing welding sealant. Therefore, this solution solves the appplication difficulty in overlap treatment of single self-adhesive waterproofing membrane.

Performance and Feature: 

1. This membrane has excellent feature both macromolecular waterproof membrane and self-adhesive waterproof membrane, excellent physical performance like high penetration resistance,weatherability, high and low temperature resistance and more stable chemical properties.

2. The membrane can adhere toconcrete, andbe inseparable even underlong-term immersion with water, thus effectively prevent leakage phenomenon,achieving skin type waterproof. 

3. Nonwovens reinforced layer. The surface ofmacromolecular sheet material has nonwovens that reduce the deformation of macromolecular sheet material sheet, make more smooth and straight to roll material pave.

4. Easy to construct. The base could wet or just smooth, no bottom coating, and not affected by the weather, greatly saving time for project.

5. Safe and environmental protection. Save solvent and fuel in the construction process, avoid the environmental pollution and fire hazard, and save the resources. 

6.Optimal cost performance. Base neednt screed-coat with cement mortar. *0 thickfine stone concrete can be canceled whilepre-paving andanti-adhesion construction on the floor, thus reducing the whole cost of building waterproof system. And due to the simplified structure, it can greatly speed up the construction progress.

7. The waterproof effect is excellent. In the underground construction, one piece of 1.2mm MAC can reach the requirement of A level waterproof fortification standards.
