MG*5/***-D A.C. electric traction coal shearer together with hydraulic prop scraper conveyer in order to achieve composite mechanized coal mining; and also together with monomer hydraulic prop metal twist joint top beam, scraper conveyer, in order to achieve upscale general pick mechanized coal mining working surface.

MG*5/***-D A.C. electric traction coal shearer conforms the request of “Coal Mine Safety Regulation”, its designing drawing and the prototype has passed through the auditing and the explosion-proof experiment by the Coal Academy of Science, it’s allowed to be used at mine-shaft with coal dust and methane not exceeding the “Coal Mine Safety Regulation”.

MG*5/***-D A.C. electric traction coal shearer is the exclusive double-ended power chain-hauled shearer at present in China, which can be used for thinnest coal bed, all the electric machine is horizontal arrangement, no underframe, chain-hauled part is a whole cabinet, two cutting parts on left and right are symmetrical structure, inside parts are common use, use bent rocker arm so as to increase space; chain-hauled transmission.
