Capability characteristics:

This coal shearer shuttles along the long wall stopping coal face, is ride-glide type. Shearer’s body is supported on the center trough of belt conveyor by four guide shoes which on the coal wall side and mine goaf side. Adopt chainless electric traction, cycloidal gear engage with pin-track. Traction motor boxes on left and right are driven by 2 sets of *7kw A.C.traction motors. Drives the right and left traveling wheels under the drive of the traction reducer device, traveling wheels engaged with pin-track, makes the shearer move along the working face, meanwhile, the two cutting drums drives left and right rocker arms by traction reducer device. The cutting drums are rotating while be driven by cutting motor, then achieve coal breaking and charging.

Adopt frequency control of motor speed, frequency conversion control box is installed in the main box of the shearer, easy operation. You can achieve the stepless speed regulation of traction speed by change the power supply frequency of the traction motor.
