Nickel **0 is developed by *6% commerce. It has a high reducing
chemicals resistance. Nickel **0 can also be used in the oxidizing
conditions which could cause the formation of a passive oxide film.
Nickel **0 is limited to service at the temperatures below **5℃ to
avoid suffering from graphitization that can results in severely
compromised properties. In that circumstance, Nickel **1 is used
instead. It has a high curie temperature and good magnetostrictive
properties. Its thermal and electrical conductivities are higher
than nickel alloys.
Applications:
The applications of Nickel **0 is used in the area where maintains
product purity such as handling of caustic alkalis, foods and
synthetic fibers; electrical and electronic parts; aerospace and
missile components; and chemical storage and shipping tanks.
