In the process of finished products testing especially inspection and commissioning of hydraulic system and lubricating cooling system, oil filling and oil discharge are needed during the procedure. It will be a problem that you cant operate continuously by oil filling and oil discharge. Furthermore, repeated friction of commissioning oil in the machine will aggravate the wear of new components during commissioning.

To solve the problems mentioned above, we designed QDL series full automatic oil filling and ZKC series vacuum oil discharge machine, which will not only satisfy the constant working of oil filling and oil discharge before and after commissioning, but also filter the testing oil precisely to keep the clearness of oil so that the oil can be used time and time again.

Application and Characteristics

QDL series is researched and produced by Wanmei. It is mainly used for oil filtration and filling regarding to the hydraulic, lubricating and cooling system before test running and commissioning. It can fill at preset volume of all kinds of low viscosity lubricating oil.

The machine is light and flexible, small and easy to move, with high filtration precision, simple operation and can preset oil filling volume.

To meet the special requirements of deferent customers, Wanmei has also designed and produced QDL-Ex series anti-explosion full automatic oil filling machine and QDL-T series automatic container filling machine at preset oil filling volume.
