BKL series transformer Load Tap Changer Oil Purifier is developed and produced by Chongqing Wanmei Oil Purifier Researched Institute, appropriate for transformer load tap changer oil and circuit breaker oil. It has become a kind of standard equipment that can be installed together with the transformer load tap changer.
As a by-pass oil recycling equipment, BKL series transformer LTC oil purifier can treat insulating oil online without interference of power supply, and remove water, air, gases, free carbon and oxidant so as to ensure the quality of oil. It can also extend the service life of LTC, cut short time of equipment maintenance and changing oil, and lower the cost, all these make the transformer operation more stable, economical and simple.
It can be installed near the LTC permanently, as a kind of maintenance equipment. There are many attached parts with different function for free choice.
 
Characteristics
The machine uses three separation methods: liquid-liquid separation, liquid-solid separation, and liquid-gas separation technique.
No bubbles or foams are produced during operation.
The compounded filter element can not only filter solid impurities, but also efficient for dehydration,, de-acid and keep high breakdown voltage property and extend the service life of oil.
You can preset its operation mode. You may set the oil purifier in auto start together with the operation of LTC, or it can be controlled automatically at a preset time every day. Besides, you can also operate it manually.
In the oil purifier the motor and pump are put together. It is small in size, well sealed without leaking, low-noise and suitable to work at night.
The machine adopts pressure protection device, convenient to observe the filter element in oil purifier and easy for cleaning.
