equipment for dehydration, degassing, purification process of
various kinds of insulating oils in electrical transformers and
circuit breakers etc. It is designed on vacuum drying principle,
coalescence and separation technique, accurate fine filtration and
other Wanmei patented technique.
Application

widely used in purification of all kinds of insulating oil,
especially the fine purification treatment of high-grade new oil,
imported oil and super-voltage transformer oil. It can be used for
onsite operation in over **0KV transformers, especially even in

can be used as dehumidification equipment for a variety of electric
facilities. And it is widely used for oil filling for transformers
and circuit breakers under vacuum condition. It is also suitable

Characteristics
1. Double-stages,
high vacuum pressure and high flow rate that help remove water,
air, gases, solid particulates and other impurities from oil
quickly and efficiently so as to improve the breakdown voltage of
oil and maintain its insulating property.
2. Advanced
dehydration and degassing system that uses large area
three-dimensional flash distillation technique to remove harmful
composition in the oil, such as water, air and
gases.
3. Fine
multi-stage filtration helps remove mechanical impurities in oil;
high-quality filter element is of corrosion proof, strong
mechanical strength and wear resistance.
4. Sensitive
automatic pressure protection device and infrared oil level control
system make the operation even easy, simple and
safe.
5. It
possesses the function of vacuuming electrical equipment and oil
filling under vacuum condition. It can be used to treat
low-viscosity lubricating oils. It is more efficient than other
single-stage vacuum oil purifier.
