Pesticide drug residues rapid test strip

Product Description

Principle:

The product is one of enzyme strip which is based on high sensitivity about pesticide drug with cholinesterase and developing. It can detect the residue of organophosphorus and carbamate in vegetables. The advantages of this method are: high anti-interference, easy operation, no other device and no professional training. This method has been included as standard method of China (GB/T ***9.*******3).

1, Method for whole

Take representative vegetable sample. Clean the earth on surface, cut as fragment for 1 cm. Weigh 5 g fragments into a bottle, add *0 mL purified water or buffer solution. Shake for *0times. Let stand for at least 2min.

Taking out one strip, discover membrane, absorbing extracting solution with white bills. React for more than *0min. Please incubate at *7℃ for *0min if possible. Make sure that the surface of pill is moist.

Fold the strip, pinched by hand for 3min, or incubate for 3min. Reaction happened between red and white pills. Get the result from the color changeable on white pill.

Set a blank control with purified water or buffer solution.

2, Method for surface (coarse mesh method)

Clean the earth on vegetables surface, add 3drops washing solution. Friction with another vegetable from same whole on the place contents washing solution.

Take one pcs strip. Discover membrane. Drop one drop from vegetable to white pill. Pre-reaction for *0min ( incubate at *7℃ for *0min if possible). The surface of pill must be moist.

Fold the strip, pinched or incubate for 3min. React between white and red pills. Get the result from color changeable on white pill.

Set a blank control per pieces with washing solution.
