[Principle]:
The antigen coated micro-plate first. At the first incubate stage: Anti-PRV gE Antibody in serum react with antigen coated micro-plate , after washing ,add anti-pig IgG Antibody by HRP combine to the micro-plate, then it will against to conjugate gE virus antigen as component Antigen-PRV-gE-Antibody-Anti-pig IgG-HRP. After, add TMB substrate to show if PRV-gE antibody exist in porcine serum.
1, Reagents and microplate concerned should be warmed to normal temperature (****5℃) before. The liquid should be well distributed.
2, All reagents should be saved at **8℃ soon after used.
3, Avoiding sunshine strictly as incubating and developing.
