Principle
The SEM Rapid Test Kit is based on compete inhibited immune chromatography. SEM of sample will conjugate with coated specificity antibody when moving, so that it inhibited the conjugation of antibody and SEM-BSA component which immobilized in NC membrane testing line. If SEM contents of sample more than0.5ng/ml, the color in test line is more light than control line ,or test line comes out no color, indicate positive result.  The color in test line shows red color no less than control line.  Indicate negative result.
