2  Additive
2.1  Adding amount of coagulant 
The amount meets  the requirement of  EN****0:***4,  the actual amount 
should be *****0% of set value (1.*6mg).
2.2 Coagulation time
Clot activator:  The sample can  be  spontaneously agglutinated  within *5 
min at room temperature ****5℃.
3 Sterility test
Product which is sterilized by radiation should be sterile.
4 Bacterial endotoxin and fungus (**3)-β-D-glucan
4.1 The content of endotoxin is less than 5pg/mL.
4.2 The content of    (**3)-β-D-glucan is less than *0pg/mL.
