Product Description


Acid Cellulase is made from a refined strain of Trichoderma reesei through liquid fermentation and extraction technology.This product can hydrolyze 1,*-beta-D-glycosidic linkages in cellulose, lichenin and cereal beta-D-glucans: 1. Break the non-covalent interactions present in the crystalline structure of cellulose (endo-cellulase) 2. Hydrolyze the individual cellulose fibers to break it into smaller sugars (exo-cellulase) 3. Hydrolyze disaccharides and tetrasaccharides into glucose (beta-glucosidase).
Boli CE is made fromTrichoderma reeseiculture through submerged fermentation, extraction and refining process. It decomposes the structure of cellulose and degrades it into oligosaccharides and glucose.

Effect of PH

Effective pH range is 3.5~5.5, optimum pH range is 4.8~5.2. Inactivation is achieved with pH above 7.0.

Effect of Temperature
Effective temperature is *0~*0°C (**4~**0°F), optimal temperature range is *5~*0°C (**1~**0°F). Inactivation may achieve at temperature above *0°C (**8°F).

Dosage
Recommended dosage for animal feed: Boli CE (*0,**0U/g) can be added 0.*1% as feed additive.
Recommended dosage for textile industry: Boli CE (*0,**0U/ml) can be added *0~*0ml/kg clothing weight (water and clothing ratio 5:1) or *0~*0ml/kg clothing weight (water and clothing ratio *0:1).
The optimal dosage of Boli CE depends on the substrate and production conditions such as pH, temperature and reaction time. It is recommended to conduct small-scale trial to determine the appropriate dosage of this enzyme.
