BT-Z
attapulgite for drilling fluid(or BT-Z Salt Gel ) is selectively
mined drilling grade attapulgite clay meeting API *3A
specifications. Is is utilized to viscosify water based drilling
fluids forming stable gel structure with high
yields.

Salt
Gel requires mechanical shear and agitation for maximum
viscosity. It is not a hydratable clay and does not swell by
adsorbing water to create viscosity. Salt Gel provides viscosity
by the physical interaction of its rod-like
particles.
