Nitric Acid (HNO�)

Product Description

• Hydrochloric Acid (HCl): Used in steel pickling, chemical synthesis, pH control, and food processing.

• Nitric Acid (HNO₃): Primarily for fertilizer production (ammonium nitrate) and explosives (TNT, nitroglycerin).

• Phosphoric Acid (H₃PO₄): The main source for phosphate fertilizers (e.g., triple superphosphate) and a food acidulant (in colas).

• Sodium Carbonate (Na₂CO₃) - Soda Ash: Used in glass manufacturing (the largest application), pulp and paper production, soaps/detergents, and water softening.

• Sodium Bicarbonate (NaHCO₃) - Baking Soda: Used in food (baking, leavening), pharmaceuticals (antacid), fire extinguishers, and personal care products.

• Hydrogen Peroxide (H₂O₂): A bleaching agent for paper and textiles, a disinfectant, and an oxidizer in chemical synthesis.

• Carbon Black: A form of elemental carbon used as a reinforcing agent in tires and other rubber products (~*0% of use) and as a black pigment.

• Xylene (C₈H₁₀), Toluene (C₇H₈), Benzene (C₆H₆) (BTX): Aromatics from petroleum refining. Xylene is a solvent and PTA precursor; Toluene for solvents and TDI; Benzene for styrene, phenol, and nylon.
