Product Description

1.Product Introduction
Youlong Aflatoxin B1, Zearalenone and Vomitoxin (3 in 1) test strip is designed for rapid results of Aflatoxin B1(AFB1), Zearalenone(ZEN) and Vomitoxin(DON) contamination in dairy product, grain or feed, which is suitable for various enterprises and testing institutions. The sensitivity of the Aflatoxin B1 is 5μg/kg, Zearalenone(ZEN) is **0μg/kg, Vomitoxin(DON) is **0μg/kg. The whole assay could be finished in 5 minutes.

2.Principle:Competitive lateral flow immunochromatographic assay

4.Sample Preparation
a. Weigh 1g uniformly grinded sample(pass through a *0 mesh screen), and transfer it into a *5mL centrifuge tube;
b. Add 4mL mixture of the methanol to water solution ratio of 1:9 (Sample Extraction) to the previous centrifuge tube;
c. Shake for *5 minutes;
d. Settle for 2~3minutes to get supernatant;
f. Absorb the supernatant and test directly.
g. As different sample has different demands, you can dilute the sample according to your own requirements.

5.Interpreting Results
a. Negative(-):The development of any one of T1 line, T2 line and T3 line(T1 is DON, T2 is ZEN, T3 is AFB1) indicates that corresponding concentration in sample is below detective limit, or Mycotoxin is not contained.
b Positive(+): No development of any one of T1 line, T2 line or T3 line(T1 is DON, T2 is ZEN, T3 is AFB1) indicates that corresponding concentration in sample is at or above detective limit.
c. Invalid: No development appears in C line, which may caused by misoperation or expired strip. Under such circumstances, review the user manual carefully and retest using another new strip.

6. Accurancy
While this product and the Aflatoxin B1, Zearalenone and Vomitoxin (3 in 1) test strip respectively are used to detect **6 samples which includes *6 negative samples and *0 positive samples for comparison. The result indicates that this product and the Aflatoxin B1, Zearalenone and Vomitoxin (3 in 1) ELISA test strip are corresponded *8.1%.
