Product Description

 G-series pocket filter is extended surface, high capacity air filter composed of individual pockets assembled in a metal support frame, It is designed for use in those areas requiring a higher degree bonded to a non-woven backing produced a dust holding pocket with uniform media spacing for extended life and optimum performance. Filters are available in average efficiency ranges of ****0%, ****5%, ****5%, and ****5% per ASHRAE Standard *2.*****2 Atmospheric Dust Spot Test procedures(equal EN**9). Operating face velocities up to **0FPM are available for certain models.

G-series pocket filter consists of series of individual pockets, which are bonded to a corrosion ressistant header frame. The potential for air leakage in the header frame is prevented through elimination of metal contact point between individual components. During assembly all fiberglass to metal contact points are glued to assure product integrity during operation.

Sealant

Each stitch of pocket is sealed with a special adhesive to prevent the possibility of contaminant leakage or media break-off.

It is designed to a V-shape pocket. the microprocessor control automatic sewing machines actually control the stitch loosening continuously adjustable from *0mm to *0mm. V-shape pocket design allows every pocket to fully inflate the maintain a proper spacing between adjacent pockets. Clean air can freely exit from front to back.
