 The mini-pleat filter is available in a variety of configuration that meet the rigorous cleanness requirement for cleanroom, workstations and benches FFU. This filter guarantee efficiency from *9.*7% on 0.3 micrometer size particles to at least *9.*****9% efficiency on 0.1 to 0.2 micrometer ULPA filter.

The air flow, initial resistance and dust holding capacity of the mini-pleat series media with *5mm pack are better than conventional HEPA filters made with corrugate aluminum separators that are nearly **0mm deep.

Because of the relatively large volumes of air handled in a typical clean room application, the subject of operating power cost becomes a prime consideration in the design of the system, and in the design of the equipment. Once of the most important areas to be evaluated is the resistance for pressure drop across the HEPA filters in the system, because this element is the single largest energy consumer in a cleanroom.
